History
of Mission Scranton Mission Scranton is an urban outreach ministry founded in 1994 by Dr. Mike Stallard, a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. The ministry is a voted-on and approved ministry of Heritage Baptist Church. Seminary, college, and high school students from several area churches participate in the Mission Scranton outreach ministry as long as their participation does not hinder involvement in their own local church.
